The following activities will be incorporated to enhance student involvement in the learning process.
1. Field trips:
Field trips will be arranged to places based on the topics being done or areas which would provide students with valuable information for doing school projects. This will enable the students to get firsthand experience on the topics being dealt with.
2. Guest lecturers: Prominent personalities will be invited for guest lectures on relevant topics providing students the opportunity of interacting with those personalities in different fields and getting a valuable insight on useful information in various topics related to their curriculum as well as topics of current interest.
3. Seminars:
The School will be hosting seminars on current topics and issues in education at national and international level. Teachers would also be participating in seminars on latest in the field of education
4. Student Council:
To move confidently into the 21st Century, our Mission at The Millennium School is to create leaders who are self starters. The student council will look at developing leadership skills in students as also nurture in these pupil leaders a solid foundation in values of fairness, honesty, compassion, humility and integrity. The student council will play an important role in maintaining discipline, in voicing issues of concern from the point of view of the student body. |
